"This is to express my thanks and appreciation for the memorable and highly satisfying experience I have had on two occasions where I have had problems with my daughter's computer and brought it to your Elmsford facility for repair. Both times I met with Mr. Andrew Finn, and he could not have been more helpful. The first time it was with a burned-out modem on my daughter's Dell 4600 series, and it was fixed very quickly and has been problem free. The second time, a defunct power supply, and with Mr. Finn's diligence in diagnosing, discovered a faulty video card as well. Mr. Finn corrected both problems, interfacing with Dell Corp., and keeping me udpated with several calls about progress, leading to a very satisfactory return of the computer in good repair. My daughter is a college student, and is a heavy user of the computer, particularly this time of year, with papers to research and write, exams to prefare for, and believe me, if she is happy, I am happy.
